GWM NEV Experience Drive Day
Project background:
Loyal GWM customers were invited to experience and test drive the brand’s latest Electric Vehicles (EVs), which were soon to be launched in Australia. The event took place at the stunning Pt Leo Estate winery in Melbourne south east, offering an ideal location for capturing the excitement of the experience.
UAVISUALS was tasked with covering the event and creating a compelling video that not only showcased the thrill of the drive but also captured the honest feedback of the participants.
Visual Solution:
UAVISUALS provided a comprehensive video solution to capture the event from all angles. The event featured four groups, each testing a different EV model. To ensure every reaction was captured in real-time, we set up multiple camera systems for a dynamic and immersive result.
GoPro Action and external Cameras mounted inside each car to record the drivers’ and passengers’ reaction and of course drone footage to capture the vehicles in motion and scenic beauty of the drive.
Post-production was key to the success of the project. The client requested an authentic, laid-back tone that matched their brand identity. By adhering to the supplied style guide, we delivered an edit that exceeded the client’s expectations, balancing excitement with authenticity.
