Ryman Healthcare’s- ‘Intended Views’ for Real Estate Marketing
Project background:
Ryman Healthcare, a renowned aged care provider in Australia, partnered with UAVISUALS to capture comprehensive visual data of ‘intended views’ for each level of their development.
The goal was to obtain high-quality views on each level of the new development for marketing purposes. This will be used for 3D render backplates as well as for brochures and marketing materials to showcase the views from each apartment.
As the images were to be used for promotional purposes, accuracy was essential to ensure the results displayed were what the buyer would be purchasing at the correct levels.
Visual Solution:
A meticulous automated drone flight plan was developed and planned to execute all 135 images with precise location points! This includes heights and viewing angles in a fraction of a time that it would take to do manually.
Utilising RTK (GPS correction technology) we were able to capture numerous points precisely, saving valuable operational time.
The result was efficient & accurate, taking just a fraction of the time to complete.
These visual solutions enable Ryman Healthcare to showcase its development to stakeholders, and potential residents.
